From the beginning, when Ryan was earning our business, he was professional, informative, and upfront about what he would provide us as our Realtor. More than once, he stated that communication was going to be key in the relationship and that if we had ANY questions, we should not hesitate to ask. He made the process of selling our house very easy. People question how a realtor earns their commission. Much of it is "behind the scenes," and the networking is done. Whatever he was doing, he worked in a relatively short time, too. Granted, some of that has to do with the status of the market. Not only was Ryan professional about his work, but he was also personable. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is looking to put their house on the market to sell.

His communications kept us in the loop, and we knew what to expect during the buying process. We love our new home and the Saint Joseph area.
